EF File Catalog is a program that allows you to catalog whole disks or only single directories with a familiar Explorer-like user interface. The program has support for all usual compressed file formats 7-Zip, ACE, ARC, ARJ, BZIP2, CAB, CPIO, GZIP, IMG, ISO (ISO9660), LHA, RAR, ZIP etc., fast search/search for dupes functions with wildcards and filtering support.
It's a little utility that can help you manage and keep track of all your files.
